Other Tarantulas

Warning! Tarantulas listed on this page are more agressive than tarantulas listed under the beginner Tarantula tab! Handeling of these T's is not recomended!

There are Hundreds of different Species of Tarantula and I do not own all of them. Only Tarantulas I have Available for Purchase or Have expieriance owning will be posted on this list. As I Add to my collection I will keep adding to the list.

Togo Starburst Baboon / Ornamental Baboon (Heteroscodra maculata)

This is a Beautifull Tarantula! Mostly a grey/tan color with black spots and blotches and thick legs. They are Aboreal so they are naturaly Tree dwellers but some younger T's in this species have been found to burrow! Though they are mostly shy they are also FAST and wont think twice about biting you!

Starburst Baboon / Usambara Baboon (Pterinochilus murinis)

Nicknamed by collectors as the OBT (orange bitey thing) due to its lovely orange color and aggressive behavior! Very defensive and will attack if provoked! They may bite multiple times in a row if you harass them, so don't! These T's are fast so give them your full attention while feeding and cleaning its cage! actualy, dont clean its cage! too risky! These Guys are also extreamly crafty when it comes to shelter. They will build silk tunnels through the substrate and walls of its tarrarium. They can't seem to decide if they're arboreal or terrestrial. Great lookers but dont touch!

 Trinidad Chevron /Psalmopoeus cambridgei

Beautifull aboreal tarantula that has a unique lightning bolt on the "ankle" of each leg and an attractive olive color covering its carapace. these are extreamly fast and grow to be around 8" long. recomended for expierianced Tarantula owners.

Venezualean Sun Tiger /Psalmopoeus irminia

Alot like the trinidad chev. This tarantula seems to enjoy the ground more than the tank wall even though it is aboreal. The sun tiger is a darker black or grey than the chevron and the contrast of the lighning against this darkness creates quite a vivid sight. this tarantula gets to be around 8" and is not for beginners.

Costa Rican Tiger Rump/Cyclosternum fasciatum

This Tarantula has a crazy-awsome copper color that stripes its black abdomine. extreamly fast and have a horrable temper but truely a great addition to any collection. they only get to be around 3.5-4"
